The Clippers' 107-104 overtime victory over the Celtics will be remembered as the first game Kawhi Leonard and Paul George played together for Los Angeles. Except for the last minute setbacks, Los Angeles coach Doc Rivers will finally be able to pair Leonard with Paul George in the starting lineup.
After injuries to both players postponed their maiden outing together, the wait was ended in Wednesday's clash with the Celtics in LA. George made his Clippers debut on Thursday at New Orleans, and he has played three games without Leonard. The 29-year-old has recorded 29.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists while shooting 56.3 percent from the field and 52.2 percent from the 3-point range in his first three games.
By halftime, Boston was shooting just 36.7% and was 1-18 on threes, no one was in double figures, and Kemba Walker had as many turnovers as points (3 apiece), plus a frustration technical foul.
The Clippers moved to 10-5 with the win and now sit behind the Houston Rockets, their next opponent, with the fourth-best record in the Western Conference.

It wasn't pretty for much of the game as the Clippers stumbled over themselves at times.
Tatum's basket left the Celtics down by three. We are really good with only Kawhi [playing and George out]. The most notable Celtic was none other than Enes Kanter, who had 8 points and 5 rebounds in just 9 minutes.
After a timeout, Tatum hit a three-pointer with George falling down defending him to tie it 97-all with 13 seconds left.
Even though the Boston Celtics missed their first 16 three point attempts, they still wound up with a 42-40 lead at halftime.
