Trump warns Russia, Syria, Iran against killing 'thousands of civilians'

Heightened regime and Russian bombardments on Idlib in the last eight days have forced tens of thousands to flee their homes, the United Nations says. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has vowed to recapture Idlib. The school building was used by people displaced by violence in other parts of the country, the Observatory and Khattab said.
